Returns & Refunds Policy
Treeco offer a no quibble guarantee in regard to the quality of our products. If you find your tree or product damaged or faulty, Treeco must be advised within 2 days of delivery. You must return the product in its original packaging immediately so we can assess the tree/shrub, please contact Treeco to organize its return, email – info@treeco.ie. Treeco will pay for the return of damaged / faulty goods. We will replace items found to be defective with the same product or an alternative product of equal value and to your satisfaction or offer you a refund.

As our trees and shrubs are perishable we cannot offer the ‘cooling off’ period so please be sure when you purchase your tree or shrub that it will be the correct size at maturity for the intended planting area and that you check the description and are happy with all the information.

The ‘cooling off’ period does apply to our gardening products, so if you want to return an item you, have seven working days from the date you receive the product in which to do so Providing the item(s) are still in a completely saleable condition, undamaged and in their original packaging. You may cancel the order and return the goods and get a refund. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. You should quote your Order Number and Name and the email address used to place the original order. Our return address is Treeco, Clonbrin, Rathangan, Co.Kildare

Delivery
As soon as your order and payment have been processed, we aim to have your tree, shrub or gardening gift delivered by courier within 2-3 working days or on your requested delivery date. Products are dispatched to our nominated courier service and tracking information will then be emailed to the customer. If for any reason an order is not delivered on time please email info@treeco.ie for further information.

If the tree you ordered is not in stock or it will be some days until it will be in stock again, or if we cannot source it at that time, we will contact you and offer you an alternative tree. This will be of the same value or you have the option to wait until it is back in stock or a full refund.

We endeavour to supply our products on time but sometimes due to reasons beyond our control such as transport or weather problems, gifts may arrive after this time. Treeco only send out your tree gifts on Monday – Thursday so there will be no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday (or on Mondays of bank holiday weekends) as we don’t want them left in the couriers’ depot at the weekend. Our goal is to supply your gift in tip-top condition!

Please supply the correct delivery address, including postcode and mobile number and home/work phone number for the place of delivery. This is vitally important as the courier may need to make contact with you or the gift recipient. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries in the absence of full and correct address and contact information.

The delivery price for trees and shrubs to the Rep of Ireland is €13.95 per item and the garden gifts are €8.60 per item. At the moment we are only able to deliver trees/shrubs which are 1.5 m high to the U.K. You can contact me for advice on which trees/shrubs we have in stock that will meet this criteria. The delivery cost to the U.K is €13.95 per tree/shrub.

The courier will give me a tracking number for each order so if you have any queries on your gifts progress please phone Michelle Stapleton 086 8847629 or e-mail info@treeco.ie and I will check it for you. These delivery prices are subject to change.

Liability
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in prices and products descriptions posted on the website. Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of your order shall be limited to the purchase price

Title and Risk
The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charge.

Our Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the confirmation email (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the item(s).

We collect basic data (e.g. customer’s email address, customer’s name, customer’s phone number, delivery name, address and phone number) when you order with us. This information is used to identify our customers and to send replies to any questions or queries as well as to send our products to recipients of purchases.

We value your privacy and understand that you don’t want your name and personal details sold to third parties. Treeco will not sell, trade or rent in any form your information to a third party. We will only provide your information to a third party, who will also keep your personal details protected, when it is necessary for processing your order and facilitating delivery.

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information. Should we decide to change our privacy policy in any way, we will post such changes to this page so that you are aware of the information.
