Delivery & Contact Information

Tree Delivery Information: As soon as your order and payment have been processed, we aim to have your tree, shrub or garden gift delivered by courier within 2-3 working days. If the tree you ordered is not in stock or it will be some days until it will be in stock again, or if we cannot source it at that time, we will contact you and offer you an alternative tree. This will be of the same value or you have the option to wait until it is back in stock or a full refund.

We endeavour to supply our products on time but sometimes due to reasons beyond our control such as transport or weather problems, gifts may arrive after this time. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our goal is to supply your gift in tip-top condition!

Please supply the correct delivery address, eircode and mobile number and home/work phone number for the place of delivery. This is vitally important as the courier may need to make contact with you or the gift recipient

Tree delivery is priced at €13.95 to Rep of Ireland  and N.I.. The courier will give me a tracking number for each order so if you have any queries on your gifts progress please contact me
